Kristina Gasson is an attorney and writer in the Boston area, specializing in immigration law, international law, and estate planning. She assists clients with a number of immigration  matters, including green card applications for spouses and other family members, fiancé visas, citizenship petitions, as well as business visas such as  H-1B and O petitions, and has represented clients in removal proceedings and asylum hearings. She also has estate planning knowledge, having drafted a number of wills and trusts for clients, with particular attention paid to the taxation ramifications of bequests to non-U.S. citizens.

A graduate of Brown University and Temple University School of Law, Kristina is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York, but as immigration is federal law, she is able to serve immigration clients from all 50 U.S. states and across the globe. As such, she has provided legal services to immigration clients from California to Texas to Florida to Maine and in Europe, Asia, and South America.

Prior to  receiving her law degree, Kristina’s professional background was in writing and journalism. She has provided work to a number of journals, newspapers, magazines and online media sources on international and other legal and non-legal topics.
